Producer (Game Business Division)
Job Summary
Job Description
The main role is to lead clients' businesses to success through commissioned game development and operations. You can also be active in a wide range of fields, from proposing original plans utilizing individual know-how to new businesses. We are looking for people who can devise optimal strategies in response to changes in the game industry, regardless of genre such as smartphones, consoles, PCs, and arcades, and contribute to clients and business plans. This role involves the entire process from planning and business planning for game development and game operation projects, to external negotiations, and also includes planning and business planning utilizing game-related or individual know-how. Regular meetings and check-ins are held to ensure good communication.
Must have:
- Experience as a Director/Producer in the game industry.
- Experience in launching new entertainment business projects.
Good to have:
- Experience in external negotiations/contract negotiations.
- Experience in various numerical analyses.
- Experience in team building in the game industry.
Perks:
- Salary determined based on experience, ability, and previous salary.
- Salary increase twice a year (May and November).
- Bonus twice a year (July and December).
- Full overtime allowance.
- 3-month probationary period (no change in conditions).

職務内容
- ゲーム開発やゲーム運営プロジェクト立案/事業計画作成/対外折衝などの業務全般
- ゲーム関連または個別のノウハウを生かした企画立案と事業計画作成
必須要件
- ゲーム業界でのディレクター/プロデューサーご経験
（コンシューマー系/ソーシャル系どちらでも） - またはエンターテイメント系ビジネスの新規プロジェクト立ち上げご経験
歓迎要件
- 対外折衝/契約交渉などのご経験
- 各種数値分析などのご経験
- ゲーム業界でのチームビルディングのご経験
リモートワークでのフォロー体制
セクション、プロジェクトごとに毎日の朝会や昼会で進捗確認を行うなど、コミュニケーションの場を欠かさずに設けています。 また、タイミングをみてランチMTGなどの機会を設けて対面でのフォローも実施しています。
