Job Description

As part of the Talent Enablement & Development (TED) team in Japan, the HR Generalist will design learning experiences and support employee growth, including learning, evaluation, and talent management. The role involves project management of global Learning & Development initiatives, such as promoting AI learning and implementing E-learning. The HR Generalist will also perform quantitative analysis, research, and effective communication for program planning and improvement. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and offers opportunities for both specialization and generalization within the company. Must have:
  • 3+ years HR or organizational development experience.
  • Ability to drive projects methodically.
  • High communication skills in English and Japanese.

【主な業務内容】 
・グローバルと連携したLearning & Development施策のプロジェクトマネジメント(例:生成AIの学習推進、E learning) 
・プログラム企画・改善に向けた定量分析やリサーチ、及びおよび効果的な発信・プロモーションの実行 

 
【応募資格・経験/スキル/求める人物像】 
【必須(MUST)】 
3年以上の人事(または組織開発)またはコンサルティングファームでの業務経験 
・プロジェクトを計画的かつ着実に推進できる力(複数ステークホルダーとの調整含む) 
・英語および日本語での高いコミュニケーションスキル
