Production Assistant (On-site)

What You’ll Bring:

• Passion for gaming with familiarity across a variety of game genres.
• Basic understanding of game development processes and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Previous experience in game testing or community management is a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (must)

Plus If You Have:

• Experience using bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Hands-on experience with community management on platforms like Discord, social media, and forums.
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends, influencers, and player engagement techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Game Testing:

• Test game builds on various platforms to identify bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
• Verify gameplay mechanics, user interface, and overall user experience.
• Document bugs with clear reproduction steps and detailed descriptions, tracking them via bug-tracking software.
• Collaborate with developers to verify fixes, ensuring all resolved issues are retested thoroughly.
  

Community Management:

• Actively engage with the gaming community across social media, forums, Discord and other platforms.
• Respond to player inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Build relationships with key influencers, content creators, and community members.
• Handle conflict resolution and manage negative feedback tactfully during high-pressure situations, such as game updates or outages.

Product Management Support:

• Support the Product Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
• Share player feedback insights with the product and development teams to drive game improvements.
