Production Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

About the Role 

The Production Coordination will be responsible to ensure that productions are deliver with quality, on

time and according with the plan, supporting the Creative team. This is a leave of absence replacement.

What will you do:

• Support Creative team by coordinating production plans, team schedule according to all stakeholders needs;

• Responsible for supervising the team calendars, monitoring budgets, and providing production contracts when needed;

• Help Creative team by identifying any production problem and provide solutions for solving it;

• Manage internal campaigns (on-air promotions and brand campaigns of our channels) by executing and tracking the production;

• Work closely with Programming, Marketing, Legal, PR, Sales, and Finance teams;

• Make sure all materials and promotional content are available to the creative team;

• Manage approval processes;

• Accountable for organising meetings and documents necessary for their execution;

• Work with external audio studios and VO agencies to require needed voice-overs.

• Manage invoices and contracts for external stakeholders;

• Contact with external providers when needed.

What we expect of you:

• Experience in television production or similar

• In-depth, working knowledge of Production process

• Ability to anticipate each step of Production and provide solutions

• Very good communication & time management skills

• Ability to inspire and enthuse the creative team and stakeholders

• Strong ability to multi-task; and always ‘stay ahead of the game’

• Resourceful and strong initiative

• Fluent Portuguese and English both written and spoken

• University degree

• This role is a Fixed term contract to cover a leave of absence.

• We are a smart working company your role will be based in our Lisbon office four days per week and one day remote working from home
