This entry-level role supports the client delivery team by coordinating tasks, maintaining communication, and supporting key milestones for product implementations. The coordinator will work closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer experiences, while developing skills for future project management or client-facing roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Must Have:
  • Support implementation projects by coordinating key tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, providing responsive, professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate project details, documentation, and updates in tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or Smartsheet.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, capturing notes and action items, and following up with teams.
  • Identify potential delays or blockers early and escalate them to Implementation Managers.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements that enhance the smoothness and speed of implementations.
  • Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software tools (e.g., CRM or project management systems).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Problem-solver who can stay composed under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

This position works closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences, while developing the skills necessary to transition into future project management or client-facing roles.

Major Responsibilities:
