Real Estate Tax Expert for our Real Estate Compliance team

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

• Advise a broad array of real estate owners, developers and investors institutional real estate funds managed by investment banks or other financial institutions and privately held real estate entities

• Review of tax returns, accounts and computation of tax provisions.

• Provide consulting services to clients by applying tax compliance knowledge specific to engagement and client needs

• Provide calculations for objective value of real estate property

• Manage and support other team members through on the job coaching and review of their day to day work, providing honest and meaningful feedback in a timely manner.

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years of working experience at a Law or Accounting firm or notarial office with focus on Real Estate taxation matters

• Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting & Finance, Economics from a top-tier university

• Experience in handling objective value calculation software, E9 returns, ENFIA calculations

• Postgraduate degree in Taxation will be considered a strong asset

• Experience in supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback

• Communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team

• Client centric attitude, responsiveness, and ability to develop a high level of trust with internal and external customers along with strong curiosity and desire to learn

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek)

• Military services completed
