As a Record to Report Ops New Associate, you will be part of the Finance Operations team, responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your tasks will include posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries, preparing cash forecasting statements, supporting month-end closing, and assisting with audits. You will design and implement tools to enable clients to perform financial analysis. This role requires solving routine problems under supervision, with a focus on individual contribution within a team setting. The decisions you make will impact your work within a narrow scope.
