Recruitment positions, treatment, application and selection methods, and selection criteria are the same as for regular mid-career recruitment. However, "reasonable accommodations" will be provided, formed through dialogue and agreement, to address individual needs. Working hours and work arrangements will also be determined through consultation, considering the degree and situation of the disability. About the Selection Process
The selection process is as follows:

- Interviews (2-4 times, including the final interview) and aptitude test

- Offer meeting
The period from document screening to the offer meeting is approximately 1 to 1.5 months.

- Interviews are generally conducted online.
- Reference checks may be conducted during the selection process. Details will be provided by the HR representative at that time. If you are concerned about the breakdown of references, we can share an overview document in advance for your peace of mind.
- During the selection process, we may provide an opportunity for you to have a casual conversation with an employee. The purpose is to align on actual working styles and culture in a relaxed state as much as possible, to prevent mismatches after joining.
- An offer meeting is held to explain terms and conditions when an offer is extended.

Working Hours
Working hours will be determined as either "Discretionary Labor System," "Flextime System," or "Fixed Time Work System" depending on the job type or disability.
- Discretionary Labor System (deemed working hours: 9.5 hours/day)
- Flextime System (core time: 10:30-16:00, lunch break: 12:30-13:30)
- Fixed Time Work System (9:30-18:00, lunch break: 12:30-13:30)
Allowances
Commuting allowance (20,000 JPY/month, included in annual salary)
Fixed overtime allowance (40 hours/month, included in annual salary)

Relocation allowance
- A flat 300,000 JPY will be paid to new employees relocating from a distant area (more than 150km from the work location). For those from overseas, a flat 500,000 JPY will be paid.
