Supporting Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
Ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training duties
Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories
Coaching and professionally developing Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification
Consistently supervising and improving the sales activities of the team
Building a strong go to market strategy for your territory
Contributing to Salesforce's brand awareness and positive perception in the market
Being a strong partner to the internal recruiting team, driving initiatives to push for diversity & inclusion
Developing the Go To Market strategy for the region
Basic Requirements:
Strong demonstrated and validated software sales experience in SEE/MED
Ideally MarTech sales experience
Strong analytical abilities
Proven sales leadership experience
A passion for building a thriving and diverse team
Proven track record to create, lead and inspire impactful teams
Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
Excellent listening skills with the ability to encourage and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team-player who understands to collaborate across different business units and functions
Fluent in Turkish or Hungarian languages preferred
