The Regional Sales Director will manage a team within the Digital Sales organization for South East Europe and Mediterranean. This role involves leading a diverse team of Digital Account Executives in the Marketing and Commerce cloud business. The director will contribute to the Corporate Sales strategy in Europe and implement the EMEA Sales plan to achieve corporate objectives. The responsibilities include supporting Account Executives, mentoring and coaching the sales team, conducting revenue forecast meetings, and developing the Go To Market strategy for the region. The position requires a strong leader to build a thriving and diverse team in a fast-paced environment. The role will also involve building a strong go-to-market strategy for the territory.

The role will lead all aspects of a diverse team of Digital Account Executives in the Marketing and Commerce cloud business.

You'll be a valuable contributor to the Corporate Sales strategy in Europe whilst providing definition and implementation of the plan for EMEA Sales to achieve corporate objectives.


Your Impact:
We are seeking to hire an inspiring individual who will have responsibility for running the sales team covering the SEE/MED markets within our growing Digital Sales operation.
 
  • Supporting Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

  • Ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training duties

  • Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories

  • Coaching and professionally developing Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification

  • Consistently supervising and improving the sales activities of the team

  • Building a strong go to market strategy for your territory

  • Contributing to Salesforce's brand awareness and positive perception in the market

  • Being a strong partner to the internal recruiting team, driving initiatives to push for diversity & inclusion

  • Developing the Go To Market strategy for the region


Basic Requirements:

  • Strong demonstrated and validated software sales experience in SEE/MED

  • Ideally MarTech sales experience

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • Proven sales leadership experience

  • A passion for building a thriving and diverse team

  • Proven track record to create, lead and inspire impactful teams

  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills

  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to encourage and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)

  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A team-player who understands to collaborate across different business units and functions

  • Fluent in Turkish or Hungarian languages preferred
