We are hiring a Retail Training Implementation Specialist to join our crew in Waterloo, WI. This role supports the execution of our retail training programs, auditing trainee progress and ensuring the effectiveness of their development.

The ideal candidate will be an expert on the vast library of Trek U resources, a connector who can link trainees with the help they need, and a relationship builder with empathy and listening skills. You should be able to uncover the core issues holding trainees back to inform adjustments to future training content creation.

This multifaceted role connects you with various people in the company, providing valuable feedback to inform the growth of the company’s future leaders. If you’re passionate about development and love solving problems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track trainees' development and progress.
  • Identify and provide necessary materials and resources to trainees.
  • Understand and address reasons for trainees falling behind schedule, collaborating with Retail Managers to overcome challenges.
  • Investigate training effectiveness, seeking and receiving feedback.
  • Collaborate with trainers and content creators to enhance and improve their work.

Requirements:

  • Retail experience preferred (bike retail a bonus!)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Passion to help others succeed
  • Energy, empathy, and authority
  • Great communication skills
  • Receptive to feedback, learn-it-all attitude & approach
  • Ability to present training material in a fun and engaging way
  • Ability to create, maintain, and analyze Excel databases
