About the job:

PwC Services is seeking a Senior Associate to support tax risk assurance projects. You'll work with a team advising large industrial and financial groups on internal control systems, risk mitigation, and tax governance. Experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or L.262/05 is required. Fluency in English is essential.

Job Description & Summary

PwC Services è alla ricerca di una figura di Senior Associate a supporto di progetti e iniziative di tax risk assurance.

La figura che stiamo cercando dovrà supportare il team che offre servizi di consulenza organizzativa ai nostri clienti, prevalentemente per gruppi di grandi dimensioni industriali e finanziari, in merito all’implementazione di sistemi di controllo interno e governance a mitigazione dei rischi, all’esecuzione di attività di assessment, al design e alle fasi implementation organizzative e funzionali dell’area tax e CFO.

Le attività eseguite dal team sono supportate da specialisti fiscali, legal etc. in funzione degli ambiti e materie oggetto delle progettualità eseguite. Il team supporta inoltre le attività di change management e monitoring sul sistema di controllo interno del rischio fiscale anche in funzione dei programmi di cooperative compliance e adempimento collaborativo con l’amministrazione finanziaria

Competenze:

Esperienze nell’implementazione e/o monitoraggio di sistemi di controllo interno aziendale sviluppate in una o più delle seguenti aree: Internal audit, Compliance, Risk management, L.262/05, D.Lgs 231/01.
Necessaria la fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
Capacità di lavorare in team
