Job Description & Summary

A career in Deals Valuation, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations unlock greater value from existing assets and ongoing capital expenditures as well as new acquisitions, investments, and complex corporate arrangements. We focus on a series of services, such as acquisition and disposal valuation advice including deal pricing and negotiation support, strategic value consulting for improvement of corporate and capital management decisions, financial modelling and value analysis. As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project

• Prepare deliverables

• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters

• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements:

• Bachelor/master degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• Technical knowledge consistent with discipline requirements; accounting concept and financial statement analysis
• Strong project management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong in financial modelling skill/knowledge
• Strong in business valuation knowledge/concept with multiple methodologies
• Should have exposure in lead advisory role
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent professional qualifications will be advantageous
• Associate: fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Senior Associate: minimum 3 years professional of experience in major financial advisory firms/related to the offering
