We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee our facilities operations across the European region. The ideal candidate will possess experience in corporate facilities management, demonstrating expertise in site services, project management, and effective site leader engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a safe, productive, and sustainable work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Site Services Management: Oversee and manage all site services operations across NVIDIA's European regional offices. Ensure the highest standards of facility management practices, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and health and safety protocols. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive working environment for all employees.
Project Management: Lead and manage facilities-related projects, including renovations, relocations, and upgrades to existing infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, ensuring completion to specification and within budget.
Site Leader Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between site leaders and facilities management to ensure alignment on operational needs and resource allocation. Provide strategic guidance and support to site leaders, addressing concerns and proposing solutions to enhance workplace experience. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality standards. Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvements in facilities management practices.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the Office Manager team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate facilities management or a similar role.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, managing large regionally distributed teams.
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
Fluency in both English and German is highly desirable.
