Job Description

The Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, Machine Learning, at Google's gTech Professional Services team works closely with Google Ads Product Managers and Software Engineers to develop sustainability solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical problems related to data and solution development, managing stakeholders (internal teams, external partners, and clients), providing feedback and technical solutions, and identifying opportunities to optimize and automate workflows. The role requires expertise in client-side web technologies, programming languages (Java, C/C++, Python), AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow), and technical troubleshooting. Experience with the Ads ecosystem, Google Cloud ML Deployment, and Neural Networks is preferred.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
6+ years experience with client-side web technologies
6+ years coding experience (Java, C/C++, Python)
Experience in technical troubleshooting and stakeholder management
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow)

Good to have:

Master's degree in relevant field
Ads ecosystem experience
Google Cloud ML Deployment experience
Neural Networks (Computer Vision) model experience
Knowledge/experience in sustainability (waste/recycling)

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Ads ecosystem.
Experience with Google Cloud ML Deployment.
Experience with Neural Networks (Computer Vision) model.
Knowledge/experience in sustainability, particularly waste and recycling.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Google Ads Product Managers and Software Engineers across Google to improve or develop sustainability solutions for users, partners, and clients.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and solutions development.
Manage a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from internal teams to external partners and clients, providing feedback, maintaining communication, and delivering technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a variety of product areas.
