Senior Graphic and Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic and Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality static graphics and motion design content across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to deliver visually stunning and impactful work that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, web banners, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Motion Design: Design and produce dynamic motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography, transitions, and effects.
• Creative Conceptualization: Work with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that elevate our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across all channels.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design and motion trends, tools, and technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Although 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design is desirable, we will favour candidates with a passion for the role over pure experience in number of years worked. Candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and animation tools.
• Creativity: A strong sense of design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Motion Design Expertise: Proven experience in creating motion graphics, animations, and video content for various platforms.
• Leadership: Experience mentoring or leading a design team is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
