Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer. This role involves executing high-quality design work in line with our brand guidelines, creating various digital assets. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating design skill set and creativity. Role will be part of a dynamic design team, contributing to various products and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Craft and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation, reflecting our brand and our clients’ identity market positioning.
• Create assets including videos, banners, social media graphics, and promotional artwork, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.

• Work closely with various stakeholders including team peers and other departments to produce cohesive and innovative design solutions.
• Be a major contributor in creative strategy sessions, offering insights that align with company values and project goals.

• Optimise task management systems to ensure timely and efficient completion of design tasks.
• Perform other graphic design related duties as required.

• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a comprehensive strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Experience in using AI tools to aid design efficiency and idea generation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator/Figma, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and an understanding of JavaScript is a plus.

• Understanding of UX design best practices and ability to design solutions for web and mobile use.
• Experience with image compression for web and mobile applications.

• Strong attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and able to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.

• Experience in the iGaming industry and / or animation will be considered an asset.
