About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team. You will build and nurture relationships with our Solution Partners within the UK & the Nordics. You will report to Director of Partnerships, EMEA and will be located in the UK (London preferred / hybrid).
What You Will Do:
- Deliver against partner sourced/influenced qualified opportunity and revenue targets
- Build new relationships with UK & Nordic partners to drive opportunities for the local sales teams
- Nurture existing relationships with partners to expand our lines of business as new products or product enhancements are released to market
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure partners are at the centre of everything we do
- Identify UK & Nordic partner enablement needs to help expand our channel delivery capability
- Develop and lead internal and external partner sales enablement on partner integrations and joint value propositions
- Collaborate with Partner and Product Marketing to establish GTM plans and messaging to clearly communicate the direction and value of the partnership to Customers, Vercel, and the Partner
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and analysis on integration trends and partnership impact for leadership team
- Attend and speak at industry and partner events
About You:
- Have 5+ years experience in partner sales and management within the digital partnership ecosystem
- Have deep knowledge of SaaS product sales and their KPIs
- Have a proven track record in generating referral pipeline through parter activation
- Have close relationships with agency and systems integration partners within the UK and Nordic markets
- Have an understanding of the applications/technologies that make up an end-to-end digital solution and how they interact with one another
- You are a motivated self-starter with both entrepreneurial and data driven mindset
- Hold a bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science
Bonus If You:
- Have worked for a SaaS company within the MACH Alliance
- Have worked within an agency or systems integration company and have an understanding of the operating models and what makes for a successful implementation project
- Have come from a front end or platform development background
- Speak other languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish)
