Experience:

  • At least 5-year experience in project design, development and management, particularly in renewable energy sector.

  • At least 3-year experience in managing teams. 

  • Experience working for a donor-funded entity or implementing partner would be a plus.

  • Experience in preparing tender or commercial proposals for international donor organisations or funds would be a plus.

  • Proven expertise in project management, planning and coordination.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Clear passion for contributing to energy sector restoration.

  • University degree in engineering, environment, economics, public administration or finance; Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong organisational and management skills

  • Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with different private and public sector stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment. 

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks. 

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.

  • Ukrainian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
