Job Description

Maverick Games is seeking a Senior UX Designer to contribute to their exciting new AAA IP. Responsibilities include working closely with the Visual Design Director and Design Director to deliver exceptional player experiences; collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team; defining the user experience; establishing UX design foundations, informing the core Style Guide and implementation; creating and driving the core UX pillars; designing fun and engaging experiences; and championing player experience. The role requires a keen eye for detail, creative problem-solving, and a passion for innovative game design. The successful candidate will help raise the quality bar in design, art, and animation for AAA game development.

Must have:

Collaborate with design directors
Define user experience for AAA IP
Create core UX backbone and pillars
Design fun and engaging experiences
Champion player experience

You will design experiences that are fun, a joy to use and raise the quality bar in Design, Art and Animation for AAA Game Development.
