Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Online Services Team. In this role you will define the functional requirements for intuitive and captivating user experiences, and design stunning and elegant user interfaces spanning from web based applications to in-game elements to help us deliver high quality online features across all of our world famous franchises.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan intuitive user flows and design user-friendly, visually appealing user interfaces across a wide variety of projects.
• Work closely with dev teams implementing your designs, advise them and solve day-to-day challenges.
• Collaborate with franchise design teams to ensure consistent brand identity between projects.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs to improve overall user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with at least 5+ years of experience, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities in creating user-centric interfaces.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple platforms.

Attributes:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gamer communities and behaviors.

Additional Information

Working mode

• In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required. 
• Possibility of remote from within Europe for selected candidates.
