The role involves creating audience-centric content and experiences to educate and engage users, ultimately shifting brand perception. The ideal candidate will manage social media for startups and SMEs, possess deep expertise in targeting business audiences, and have excellent communication, out-of-the-box thinking, networking, and proofreading skills. Responsibilities include developing social strategies, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.

Must Have

What are you going to do?

Social Strategy Development:

  • Plan and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce visually appealing posts, videos, stories, and reels that align with our brand identity.
  • Design and schedule daily, weekly, and campaign-specific content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and interact with followers, responding to comments and messages to build a vibrant online community.
  • Build fan loyalty by initiating discussions, polls, and interactive features (e.g., live Q&As or contests).
  • Moderate content to maintain a safe and respectful online community.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, or Hootsuite) to track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Generate monthly reports summarizing performance insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity for benchmarking and trend adoption.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.) and analytics tools like Google Analytics or platform insights.
  • Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for high-quality visuals.
  • Leverage video editing software to enhance video content for storytelling and promotion.
