About the role

We are seeking an experienced Staff UX Designer to join our product development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers to shape and enhance the user experience for a variety of products with distinct specifications. Your work will involve translating research insights into innovative solutions that drive exceptional user experiences and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design strategy to meet both business objectives and customer needs
  • Transform research findings and customer pain points into actionable design requirements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and design research to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop end-to-end design solutions that address customer needs, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
  • Validate design concepts through methods such as concept testing, usability testing, and user behavior tracking in collaboration with researchers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the development cycle, using an iterative approach to deliver outstanding user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain detailed design specifications to uphold design quality and consistency.
  • Monitor feature usage and analyze metrics to inform iterative improvements in product design.

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in user experience design or user interface design.
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with expertise in stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in user-centered design processes and iterative development practices.
  • Familiarity with web UI/UX design and prototyping, especially using Figma.
  • Excellent interpersonal, English written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and a clear design process.
