Job Description
Tesla seeks a Norwegian-speaking Support Advisor in Oslo to provide outstanding customer support, reflecting Tesla's brand values. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries related to roadside assistance, technical issues, and service appointments. This role requires collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent customer experiences, ensuring each customer feels valued and informed. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, an excellent communicator (fluent in Norwegian and English), digitally savvy, and adept at multitasking. Continuous learning and development are emphasized. Shift work, including weekends and evenings, is required.

- A fast learner: We do not expect you to be a Tesla expert on day one and our dedicated training team will upskill you quickly. We do expect you to be eager to learn and thrive on new challenges
- Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team. This may include weekends as well as morning and evening shifts
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full valid driver’s license
