Job Description

Murka is seeking a VIP Manager to oversee all aspects of VIP customer relationships within their game. Responsibilities include acquiring and retaining VIP customers, delivering exceptional customer care, building a VIP club, developing loyalty strategies, resolving in-game/technical issues, analyzing VIP dashboards, collaborating with the product team on promotions, and reactivating VIP users. The ideal candidate possesses experience in VIP player management within the RMG or sweepstakes sector, a strong understanding of player behavior and engagement, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with VIP promotions, loyalty programs, Tableau, and CRM tools.
Must have:

We’re​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​VIP Manager to join our amazing project at Murka.

You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining VIP customers, delivering the highest level of direct customer care and building a unique VIP club within the game.

Responsibilities

  • managing all aspects of the relationship with VIP users;
  • developing strategies to increase loyalty and retention;
  • helping VIP users in solving in-game and technical issues;
  • monitoring and analyzing the VIP dashboards daily and taking appropriate actions to ensure maximum value through VIP users life cycle;
  • working closely with the product team to ensure proper segmentation of promotional offers, rewards, in-game events;
  • reactivating VIP users through emails, Messenger, chat.

Requirements

  • Experience in VIP player management (RMG, sweepstakes sector)
  • Deep understanding of player behavior and engagement strategies
  • Analytical mindset to optimize player engagement and retention
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with VIP promotions, loyalty programs, Tableau and CRM tools

Nice to have

  • experience in Sales
  • experience with Social Casino/Sweepstakes apps
