The Web3 Marketing Manager will lead and execute go-to-market strategies for Fableborne. This includes community growth, engagement, and expansion within the web3 ecosystem. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, establishing partnerships, driving campaigns, managing social media, communicating objectives, and fostering relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs, along with experience in leading web3 activations and content creation. The candidate should also have exceptional project management skills and a growth mindset. The studio is remote-first and based in Europe.
Must have:
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFT markets.
  • Web3 native user across gaming, DeFi, and crypto NFTs.
  • Experience in leading web3 activations and content creation.
  • Ability to report on campaign goals and budgets.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience managing IPs across games, NFTs, and other blockchain assets.
  • Knowledge and experience launching blockchain-enabled games on mobile.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills in web3.
  • Familiarity with operating across multiple markets.

Web3 Marketing Manager

We have an immediate need for a Web3 Marketing Manager who will lead, plan, and execute our go-to-market strategies for Fableborne the game and ecosystem within the web3. The web3 landscape is dynamic, and your agility and adaptability will be crucial as you craft market-leading campaigns to engage and grow our community. You’re not afraid to make bold decisions and are passionate about building both the studio and its games alongside a talented team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of web3 marketing strategies, focusing on community growth, engagement, and the expansion of our IP and ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with community, product, and leadership teams to integrate player feedback into our go-to-market plans, ensuring they resonate with our core audience.
  • Establish and manage partnerships within the web3 ecosystem, driving marketing, monetization, and product release strategies with a focus on blockchain-specific audiences.
  • Drive category-defining campaigns that capture and cut through the noise.
  • Develop and grow the studio's main social media profiles while looking to expand our audience in other channels.
  • Communicate clear marketing objectives and strategies, develop tailored assets, and implement data-driven post-execution analysis to enhance our product and business performance.
  • Foster strong relationships across internal and external teams, acting as a key communicator and advocate for our web3 initiatives.

Skills Needed:

  • Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFT markets, especially within gaming.
  • A web3 native user, across gaming and defi and crypto NFT’s.
  • Strong experience in leading web3 activations and content creation. You are delivery-focused and committed to driving results for the team and studio rather than personal gain.
  • Report on campaign goals and budgets, particularly in a start-up environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a knack for drafting precise project briefs and content specifications.
  • A growth mindset, always seeking to learn and apply the latest best practices in the rapidly evolving web3 landscape.

MVP Skills:

  • Experience managing IPs across games, NFTs, and other blockchain onchain assets.
  • Knowledge and experience launching blockchain-enabled games on mobile.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills specific to the web3 environment.
  • Familiarity with operating across multiple markets, including an understanding of both east and western markets.
