2024 - 2025 Process Development Engineering Intern

Role Summary:

Support the process development engineer to define EOL manufacturing process flow , and development new process technology ready for new product introductions with project management approach

Job Responsibility:

• Hands-on in front of machine for process development and evaluation at Die bonding , Molding , Package Singulation and Pick&Place process 

• Data analytic and well summary with good data driven

• Engineering assistance upon request

Job Qualification:

• The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor of IT, Computer Science , Mechatronic  Engineering or Chemical Engineering

• Have effective interpersonal ,analytical skills and the ability to convey technical and business matters in a clear, logical manner

• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Hands-on and hard work
