We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for the 3D Modeling department to join our CEDGE Productions Animation Studio (located in Panchkula, North India). Job Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with the Manager

• Update with all the running projects.
• Identify the modeling team's work/tasks.
• Understand client feedback/Requirements.
• Setting project priorities.
• Create Deadlines for projects.
• Submission of assigned task on time.

• Collaboration with the team

• Managing Modeling Team's Availability Calendar.
• Assign daily tasks to the Modeling Artist and follow up.
• Daily/weekly meeting with team on "Today's to-do list"
• Collaboration with 2d, Rigging and animation team.
• Quality Control.

• Other duties :

• Technology and Workflow: You would stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling technologies and workflows to ensure that the team is using the most efficient and effective methods for producing high-quality work. This would involve researching and testing new software, tools, and techniques to improve the production pipeline.
• Training and Development of team skills.
• Create tasks for your team for free time. Update your team's capability.

Eligibility - 5+ years of work experience in 3D Modeling

Employment type - Full time

Number of Post - 1

Salary - ₹38,000 - ₹40,000 a month (in hand)
