What You Will Do:
- Enhance the business metrics tracking by understanding business requirements, designing underlying data tables and pipelines, and creating automated dashboards. Also participate in specialized projects such as account feature tagging, funnel conversion analysis, data migration etc.
- Maintain and optimize event tracking for the SDK platform to improve data coverage and the accuracy of business metrics. Ensure high data quality throughout.
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of new payment and account functions, providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
- Establish monitoring mechanisms to promptly detect anomalies, perform attribution analysis and follow up on solutions. Additionally, conduct proactive data analysis to uncover business value and identify potential product improvements.
- Participate in SDK version iterations and data requirement management; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data support from business, user-growth, compliance, and legal perspectives.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools including Tableau, Excel or Python. Proficiency in statistical knowledge and principles of A/B testing.
- Familiarity with the whole data lifecycle, including data collection, data warehousing, and data lineage, is prefered.
- Sensitive to data, passionate about learning new business logics and features.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams.
