This role, Corporate Technology Business Partner – Learning & Enablement, will act as a product owner and process analyst across a range of internal and external learning capabilities. This includes employee enablement, partner and customer certification programs, and sales readiness platforms. You will help shape and deliver the technology roadmap for learning experiences, supporting initiatives such as the potential replacement of legacy platforms (e.g., Cornerstone), the integration of AI-driven learning tools, and the expansion of global certification programs.

This role requires someone who understands the intersection of learning, technology, and user experience — and who can translate enablement strategy into scalable, data-driven solutions.

Your tasks will include:

  • Own and manage product intake across learning and enablement teams, gathering business needs from Sales Enablement, HR, and other stakeholders
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog for learning platforms and related tools (e.g., LMS, CMS, certification portals, AI-based learning tools)
  • Re-develop the technical roadmap for our learning and enablement capabilities
  • Translate learning strategies into clear business and functional requirements, defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, HR, and technical teams to assess and modernize legacy systems, including potential replacements for platforms
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-driven learning solutions, personalization engines, and smart content recommendations
  • Support the expansion of the Veeam certification program across partner, customer, and internal audiences
  • Analyze current-state learning and enablement processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for automation, personalization, or simplification
  • Track adoption, performance, and learner engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform prioritization
  • Drive enablement for new features and platforms by partnering with comms, training, and change management teams
  • Participate in agile delivery processes, representing the learning business in planning, demos, and retrospectives

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, learning technology, enablement operations, or business process analysis
  • Comfortable working adjusted schedule to support US time zone
  • Experience supporting teams such as Sales Enablement, HR/L&D, or Channel Programs in an enterprise environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR Technology, or Information Systems; equivalent experience considered
  • Familiarity with certification program development, LMS administration, or technical training programs
  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban) and backlog management experience required
  • Experience with platform transitions or digital learning transformations is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing backlogs using tools like Jira, Aha!, Confluence, or similar
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS/LXP) such as Cornerstone, SAP, Sana, Litmos, or Workday Learning
  • Understanding of certification platforms, content delivery systems, and integration points with CRM, HRIS, and customer portals
  • Comfortable documenting and improving learning workflows, using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
  • Experience tracking and interpreting key metrics via LMS reports, HR dashboards, or learning analytics tools

Will be an advantage:

  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or credentials in learning platforms (e.g., Cornerstone Admin, CPLP) are a plus
  • Exposure to AI-based learning tools, adaptive learning engines, or personalized learning paths is a plus

We offer:

  • Private medical insurance for you, one adult dependent, and your children
  • Meal tickets
  • Private pension plan
  • Life insurance
  • Vision reimbursement
  • Annual leave and additional vacation days based on tenure
  • Cafeteria Benefit Plan where you will be able to flexibly customize your benefits package based on your budget and personal needs
  • Veeam Care Days – additional 24 hours for your volunteering activities
  • Professional training and education, including courses and workshops, internal meetups, and unlimited access to our online learning platforms (Percipio, Athena, O’Reilly) and mentoring through our MentorLab program
