Position Overview:

We're seeking an ambitious founding developer, an individual ready to champion our technical vision. Your mission? To breathe life into Arrow's MVP, transforming abstract ideas into tangible, awe-inspiring realities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the end-to-end development of Arrow's MVP, ensuring it's in sync with our vision.
• Collaborate intimately with the CEO, shaping the product's trajectory through technical expertise.
• Assemble and mentor a dynamic technical team as we scale.
• Navigate the ever-evolving AR landscape, positioning Arrow at its forefront.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degrees (Masters, Ph.D.) are a plus.
• AR Development: Proven experience in AR development, with a strong portfolio of projects. Prior experience with platforms such as Unity, ARKit, or ARCore is essential.
• Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in languages and frameworks vital for AR development, including but not limited to C#, JavaScript, and Python. Familiarity with mobile and AR development (VisionOS, iOS, Android) is beneficial.
• Systems Design: Strong understanding of system architecture, database design, and networking specific to AR applications.
• API Integrations: Experience with integrating third-party APIs and understanding of potential limitations or benefits they can bring to AR applications.
• Optimization: Skills in optimizing applications for performance, especially crucial for real-time AR experiences.
• UX/UI Understanding: While not a primary design role, having an understanding of user experience and interface design will be advantageous given the immersive nature of AR applications.
• Team Leadership: Experience in leading or managing development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
