Community Manager (Games) - Influencer Engagement
Location: Remote, should support PST
Duration: 7/15/24 - 12/31/25
Pay Range: $45/hr - $60/hr
Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this Community/Franchise Engagement & Connections team is to develop the video game and manage social media and community interactions. The team spends a lot of time speaking with customers in regards to feedback advocacy.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to multiple upcoming activations over the next several months that involve influencers.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of he following,
20-30% meetings with stakeholders
30 % interacting directly with influencers
40% head down work.

• Years of Experience Required: 7 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates missing the required skillsets will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain ability to work with influencers and have experience managing social media platforms.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1.) Minimum 7 years experience with influencers and a strong understanding of relationship management
2.) Minimum 7 years experience with a CRM, influencer management tools, and Discord is a plus
3.) Minimum 7years experience with working at both strategic and tactical levels to drive large-scale campaigns
4.) Minimum 7 years experience with project/program management and working with a workback plan and budget
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 5-7 years experience required.
