We are seeking a passionate and skilled Concept Artist to join our ed-tech content development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with educators, instructional designers, and animators to bring educational concepts to life through compelling visuals.

• Visual Storytelling: Develop storyboards and visual narratives that effectively convey educational content.
• Character Design: Create diverse and engaging characters that guide learners through the material.
• Environment and Background Design: Design immersive educational settings and backgrounds that enhance the learning experience.
• Infographics and Visual Aids: Design clear and engaging infographics, diagrams, and other visual aids to simplify complex information.
• Interactive Elements: Collaborate on the design of interactive components, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Consistent Visual Style: Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all video content, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Motion Graphics and Animation: Work with animators to bring static designs to life, ensuring educational effectiveness.
• Feedback and Iteration: Collaborate with the content team to refine designs based on feedback and ensure they meet educational objectives.
  

• Proven experience as a Concept Artist, preferably in the ed-tech or entertainment industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in character design, environment design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in digital art tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
• Experience with storyboarding and creating visual narratives.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in educational content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating interactive and animated content.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software such as After Effects.
• Background in education or instructional design is a plus.
