[x]cube LABS is looking for Marketing Communications Specialists / Content Writers to manage our external and internal communications. As a digital technology pioneer, [x]cube LABS is working with leading enterprises globally to deliver innovative and mission-critical digital solutions. We’re looking to onboard people who can get this message out in an effective manner, coming up with high-quality content in various forms, leveraging various channels at our disposal effectively, and coordinating internally and externally as needed to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Working as Marketing Communications Specialist / Technical Content Writer at [x]cube LABS, you will:
Implement marketing content and communication strategy to support marketing plan
Build and maintain consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across all communication channels
Continually develop new ideas, creative concepts for online/offline brand storytelling.
Develop content marketing strategies for acquisition of new customers and engage existing base.
Write conceptualized and creative content for website, social media, blogs, articles, marketing collateral, landing pages, case studies, infographics, newsletters, promotional e-mailers, audio and video scripts etc.
Develop and maintain content calendar, along with planning and executing for all social media campaigns on Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc., website blog and email campaigns.
Take end-to-end ownership of go-to-market efforts for our various initiatives. This will include strategizing, conceptualizing content ideas, creating and disseminating content across the right channels, and optimising all activities to deliver the right results.
Develop content which is search engine friendly, in coordination with Designers, SEO specialists, developers and Key marketing team members.
Writing, tweaking, editing, proofreading and producing grammatically error free and interesting content pieces.
Support marketing & sales team in creating new business presentations, proposals and marketing material for use by sales personnel.
Collaborate across functions and divisions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives.
Drive website traffic through targeted campaigns, calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience with focus on strategic content creation in a software technologies environment
Familiarity with software and emerging digital technologies; experience of working in an IT technology environment essential.
Strong writing and editing capabilities, a good sense of design, and the ability to quickly develop high quality content for use in marketing communications, both digital and non-digital
Strong project management skills
Strong attention to detail
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media marketing platforms, key players on each platform, and understanding of how each platform can be deployed in specific contexts
Strong research and analytical skills; the ability to extensively research specific topics and come up with original content to deploy on social media channels
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
Professional qualification – Masters in Business Administration, Mass Communications, Journalism and the like.
