Job Description

The Data Integration Lead will manage data integration activities for a global project, adhering to internal guidelines and client SOPs. Responsibilities include day-to-day work, process flows, mentoring a team (4-5 resources), ensuring timely and high-quality output, coordinating with implementation teams, and resolving issues. The role requires 10+ years of data architecting & integration experience, 8+ years of hands-on data modeling, 5+ years of ETL/job scheduling/data integration experience, and 3-5 years of team leadership. Proficiency in Python, Shell, and PL/SQL scripting, understanding of clinical trials and EDC/CTMS/IRT/Central LAB/ePRO/eCOA systems, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate will work with the Data Integration Lead to define integration plans, timelines, and resource needs, and investigate data integration issues with DevOps and Product Engineering teams.

Must have:

Description

- 10+ Years of Data architecting & integration experience.
- 8+ years of hands on data modeling experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience on ETL, Job Scheduling, Data integration.
- 3-5 years of experience of independently leading and mentoring team of 4-5 resources
- Python, Shell, PL/SQL scripting hands-on experience related to file handling and processing including clean up activities
- Understanding on clinical trials domain.
- Person with knowledge of EDC, CTMS, IRT, Central LAB, ePRO, eCOA systems
- Should have knowledge around functional usage of the data elements managed in above mentioned systems
- Should be able to comprehend the job and data flow in enterprise systems.
- Service excellence oriented with analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Manage the Data Integration activities for a global project following internal guidelines
- Responsible for day-to-day work, process flows and constantly endeavoring to be able to lead by example
- Ensure adherence to Saama and Client SOPs
- Provide guidance and coordinate programming activities on the assigned activities so as to yield timely and high quality output
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with primary contacts for implementation teams for data integration related activities to ensure satisfactory progress of project work and timely resolution of issues
- Have Product functional and Technical Knowledge
- Work with Data Integration Lead to define integration plan with timeline, estimates and help identify resourcing needs
- Problem Solving and Analytics skills to investigate and triage data integration issues while closely working with DevOps and Product Engineering teams
