Project description

Luxoft is the major independent Software Services company world-wide. We deliver professional software products and services in multiple business verticals, especially Automotive.

This job is with one of our customers specializing in marine motion control technology.

Hardware component (PCB / ECU) design for gyro-stabilizing products in boats / marine industry as well as industrial electrical engineering.

Onsite contract in Fort Myers for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Design & develop custom embedded hardware devices as well power electronics

Work with contract manufacturer on developing factory acceptance testing

Create and maintain documentation through development process including specificatins, test plans, circuit designs, schematics, PCB layout, etc

Skills

Must have

10+ years of experience in designing embedded hardware

Prior circuit design / schematic capture, and PCB layout experience

Altium Designer OR Altium 365 experience

Nice to have

Familiarity with permanent magnet motors, induction motors, and/or motor controls

nice to have

Other

Languages

English: C1 Advanced
