You’ll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical where we’ve brought together our Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness business to form a single, global vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
We offer market-leading software products like Mariana Tek, TrueCoach, Clubware, Resamania and Triib as well as Commerce Accelerating Technologies like Connect (Brandbot) and Insights (Intellihub) to gyms, health clubs, leisure, parks & recreation centers.
Reporting into the Sr. Director of Onboarding, the Enterprise Onboarding Specialist Client will be responsible for creating and delivering product training for new mid-market and enterprise clients on Xplor Growth (formerly known as BrandBot). They will conduct live (virtual) training sessions with clients to guide them through the software, answering their questions about functionality and features. They will project manage the technical setup of the Xplor Growth accounts, to ensure all steps are completed to perfection and in the timeline needed.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Project manage the setup of their Xplor Growth accounts, confirming Asana tasks are created, due dates are met and all accounts are ready for launch on Mariana Tek and Xplor Growth.
Create, design and run training program for mid-market and enterprise clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and competencies to effective use our product.
Conduct client facing virtual training sessions
Conduct client phone calls to review configurations and any issues needed from them ahead of launch.
Assist in the development of innovative and modern learning solutions
Collaborate with marketing solutions consultants who will advise on email and texting strategies with clients.
Ability to record / edit training videos
3+ years experience in project management and/or training role, either internal or external
Work Skills/Personal Characteristics:
High attention to detail
Exceptional spelling and grammar skills
Good with client communications via email and phone calls
Excellent project management skills
