Position: Onboarding Specialist
Shift Timings:
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Two Saturdays a month will be full working days
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary Range: ₹23,000 to ₹30,000 per month

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the key point of contact ensuring that every new hire starts their journey with us on the right foot. You’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding process, working with both new employees and internal stakeholders to provide a seamless and engaging onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome New Hires: Guide new employees from the moment they accept the offer, providing an engaging onboarding experience.
- Onboarding Management: Manage the entire onboarding process, from equipment handover to ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Policy Creation: Develop and maintain clear policies, employee handbooks, and communication plans that explain company operations and culture.
- Effective Communication: Send onboarding materials, company information, and logistical details (such as dress code and perks) to new employees.
- Process Improvements: Continuously look for ways to improve the onboarding process and drive efficiency.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all onboarding processes comply with company policies, while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Problem Solving: Proactively challenge the status quo, identifying and implementing improvements to streamline the onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp and explain basic technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn).
- A collaborative attitude with a “can do” mindset.
- Fluency in English communication is required.
