Job Summary
Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Eneba, you will own talent research and sourcing programs, inform stakeholders on selection criteria, build sourcing strategies to attract passive talent, and develop talent pipelines. You'll track success metrics, partner with recruiters and leadership, drive cross-functional alignment, and maintain candidate pools using various tools and networks. This role requires 4+ years of experience in tech startups, successfully building diverse talent pipelines, proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, excellent time management skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities. You will be a self-learner, empathetic team player, and possess a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities
- Own talent research and sourcing programs for key hiring initiatives across the organization.
- Inform and educate all relevant stakeholders to ensure world-class selection criteria are met.
- Build creative and resourceful strategies to source and attract passive talent.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and inform your hiring partners on talent strategy.
- Setup and track success metrics across the sourcing function and further candidate journey.
- Partner with recruiters and the leadership team, drive cross-functional alignment, and foster team collaboration.
- Create and maintain candidate pools by utilizing both internal and external databases, networks, social media, and more.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer/Researcher in tech startups.
- Experience in successfully building diverse talent pipelines while taking business needs into account.
- Proficiency in using tools like Linkedin recruiter, ATS, Github and similar.
- Demonstrating excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and meet deliverables within specified timeframes.
- Self-learner, eager to develop domain specific knowledge as business goals change.
- Sense of urgency where relevant, and an ability to effectively prioritise as part of the team.
- Keen stakeholder manager, focused on impact.
- Empathetic team player.
