PwC’s Consulting practice provides a wide range of services aimed at helping clients improve their business performance through strategy, people, technology, customer experience, and more. Our client base includes many of Malta’s leading businesses and government entities, actively engaging in various local and overseas business ventures.

We are expanding our Consulting team within our Advisory practice, specifically focusing on Workforce/HR Consulting services. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, working collaboratively with clients to maximise value by aligning people's objectives with business strategy.

Your Mission

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and programmes that align with our client’s business objectives. 

  • Oversee consultancy projects through data analysis, interviews, and workshops to assess the current state and identify improvement opportunities across diverse workforce areas, from a people, process, and technology perspective.

  • Advise clients on strategic people-related matters, guiding the team to develop recommendations that effectively address complex HR challenges.

  • Interpret and present analysis and recommendations in comprehensive reports and engaging presentations to support client engagements.

  • Guide clients in implementing impactful solutions that address complex people-related issues, ensuring sustainable results and measurable impact.

  • Design and deliver training programmes to enhance leadership and employee skills and knowledge. 

  • Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring team members and promoting knowledge sharing, while taking ownership of project areas and ensuring alignment with senior leadership.

  • Stay informed on current local and global economic trends, particularly HR trends, to anticipate client needs and drive innovative solutions.

About You
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a consulting environment considered a strong asset.

  • A University Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Experience in delivering training and coaching is considered a strong asset. 

  • Demonstrable consulting and leadership skills, including strong communication, analytical thinking, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills.

  • Extensive experience in data analysis and the use of visualisation applications.

  • Proven expertise across a range of HR consulting topics, including HR Transformation, HR Technology, Talent Management, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Reward, Change Management, and People Analytics.

  • Strong capability to lead multidisciplinary teams, driving project success and fostering professional development among team members.

  • Deep knowledge of prevailing workforce trends and emerging practices, with a proactive approach to adapting strategies.

  • Experience delivering complex projects, with an exceptional ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
