The Media Technology Services (MTS) Team at Viacom18 encompass a range of services and technology support aimed at enabling the creation, distribution, and management of media content across various platforms and channels. These services leverage technology to streamline workflows, improve content quality and support functions. Key components of media technology services include:

•Broadcast and MCR Operations

•Media Operations

•Post-Production

•Broadcast & Media Engineering

What will you do?

Proven experience in processing purchase requisitions and handling procurement-related tasks.
Strong understanding of vendor management, including resolving invoice and payment-related queries.
Familiarity with the creation of Eway bills and delivery challans.
Excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with vendors and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
Ability to handle procurement issues such as order discrepancies and delivery delays.
Proficient in maintaining accurate records of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Experience in updating and tracking Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with purchase order details.
Knowledge of record-keeping practices and the ability to archive documents for future reference and audit purposes.

Who should apply?

Strong attention to detail, ensuring requisitions are complete, accurate, and budget-compliant.
Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely processing and delivery of goods and services.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving procurement-related issues efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
