The Founder's Office at STAGE OTT seeks a strategic partner to the founders, driving key initiatives shaping the future of the platform. Responsibilities include strategic advisory, project management (ensuring timely delivery and high impact), operational framework establishment, culture building, market research (OTT trends, consumer behavior, industry benchmarks), and stakeholder management (investors, board members, partners). The role demands a dynamic individual with strong analytical, communication, and research skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will represent STAGE at industry events, building strategic relationships, and supporting fundraising activities. The position requires an MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

About the opportunity

As part of the Founder’s Office, you will be a strategic partner to the founders, driving critical initiatives that shape the future of STAGE OTT. This role goes beyond conventional strategy, demanding a dynamic individual adept at fostering culture, managing high-impact projects, and setting up operational frameworks aligned with founder priorities. You will spearhead research and bring actionable insights from the OTT and broader entertainment industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Partnership & Advisory

    • Work closely with the founders on long-term strategy, focusing on culture-building initiatives, operational frameworks, and organizational priorities.

    • Offer research-backed recommendations on OTT trends, consumer behavior, and industry benchmarks.

  2. Project Management & Execution

    • Lead end-to-end execution of founder-prioritized projects, ensuring timely delivery with high impact.

    • Establish and streamline operational systems, driving cross-functional collaboration.

    • Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  3. Culture & Organizational Development

    • Collaborate on initiatives that reinforce STAGE’s core values and culture, fostering a sense of ownership and alignment across teams.

  4. Research & Industry Insights

    • Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor landscapes, and innovative OTT strategies.

    • Synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform founder decision-making.

  5. Representation & Networking

    • Represent STAGE at industry events, building strategic relationships and amplifying the platform’s vision.

    • Coordinate with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and partners, to align on key initiatives.

  6. Fundraising Support and Stakeholder Management

    • Support the founders in fundraising activities, including coordinating due diligence processes and preparing investment materials.

    • Assist in managing relationships with investors, board members, and other key stakeholders.

  7. Presentations and Reporting

    • Create necessary presentations, data, and reports for internal and external forums, meetings, and reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution.

  • Professional Experience: 2–4 years in a Founder’s office role, management consulting, or a similar strategic position.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Proven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into strategic recommendations.

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Strong research acumen with a knack for industry and market analysis.

    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
