We're looking for a talented and passionate Finance Specialist, to join Wildlife's FP&A Team in São Paulo.
We’re looking for a person to share our goals and challenges in the FP&A Team, focused on adding value to our current processes and to the whole business, being fully aligned with the company’s values. This person will perform our financial routines, analyses and reports, and act as a true business partner of the key leaders of our organization. The main responsibility is to help us understand and define the best way to allocate the company’s resources, as well as develop potential saving initiatives and opportunities to increase efficiency. We’re looking for someone who will go beyond the obvious and act as a true business partner, with ownership and commitment.
What you'll do
- Work proactively to understand our business and all financial processes;
- Drive detailed, deeply analyses of our financial metrics and accounting results, with actionable insights that will guide decision-making processes;
- Work as a Business Partner of key department leaders and their teams in the full business cycle linked with Finance (budgeting/forecasting, planning, results tracking and monitoring);
- Be one of the owners of the company’s defined strategy, tracking its execution when converted to financials, impact of new decisions and Risks & Opportunities to manage;
- Own specific financial initiatives focused on increasing efficiency;
- Perform budgeting processes (1-Year Plan, 3-Year Plan);
- Present straightforward reports of our results with analyses and insights to the executive team and the company’s investors;
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree in engineering, economics or related field;
- Experience with finance and/or cost management;
- Good Microsoft Office skills, mainly related to excel / google sheets;
- Advanced level of English.
