MY.GAMES seeks a skilled FX Artist to work remotely, contributing to the development and support of large-scale projects across PC, console, and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include animating interface elements, creating interface effects, assembling and configuring prefabs in Unity, and designing 2D and 3D effects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of shader operation, particle systems, 3D modeling for effects, texture creation and animation, and animation principles. Proficiency in color theory, composition, timing, and dynamics is essential, along with adaptability to various stylization requirements.

What you’ll do:
  • Animate interface elements
  • Create interface effects
  • Assemble and configure prefabs in Unity
  • Create 2D and 3D effects
What you need to succeed:
  • Understanding of shader operation for effects; skills in shader creation
  • Understanding and ability to work with particle systems
  • Skills creating 3D models for effects
  • Skills creating textures and texture animations for effects
  • Animation skills
  • Understanding of animation principles, color theory, and composition, understanding of timing and dynamics
  • Ability to adapt to stylization
