This is a full-time Game Customer Service representative position located in Chengmai. Responsibilities include responding to player inquiries and complaints via various channels (customer service backend, WeChat, phone), prioritizing efficient problem-solving, maintaining high accuracy and response times, and focusing on enhancing player satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, empathy, and experience with online games, particularly those in the Chinese card game genre (e.g., Sichuan Mahjong, Dou Dizhu). A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered. Work is shift-based, including early, mid, and late shifts, with meal stipends provided for early and late shifts.
