Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager I responsible for global marketing of PC/console games. Duties include developing overall marketing strategies, content marketing, creative campaign planning and execution. The role requires analyzing product and gameplay mechanics, identifying target users, understanding user needs, and defining key selling points. The successful candidate will set and track performance goals for events and marketing content, linking them to key business metrics and being accountable for content reach, communication efficiency, and user conversion rates. Collaboration with product, community, and creative teams to design and implement communication strategies is essential, integrating both in-game and out-of-game resources.

Must have:

3+ years PC/console game marketing experience
Full PC/console product lifecycle experience
Deep understanding of game industry and user preferences
Excellent communication and execution skills
Global marketing experience preferred

Good to have:

Japanese language proficiency

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1.负责PC/主机类产品全球市场的营销工作，包括整体营销策略制定，内容营销工作，创意Campaign策划与落地； 2.能够有效分析产品内核与玩法内核，筛选并明确目标用户、分析用户诉求、提炼核心卖点，并结合市场环境、产品阶段输出市场营销方案； 3.为各类事件、营销内容制定和规划执行效果目标，与核心业务指标关联，对产品的内容声量、传播效率、用户转化效率负责； 4.基于传播视角，与产品、社区、创意等团队配合，设计传播方案，推进游戏内外资源整合，落地执行。

Requirements:

1.3年以上PC/主机游戏营销或市场行业工作经验，有PC/主机类产品全周期发行经验，有全球市场营销经验者优先； 2.对游戏行业熟悉且充满热情，有深度PC/主机类产品体验经历； 3.市场触觉敏锐，喜欢创意，能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好，对游戏内容生态有较深理解； 4.具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力，善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作； 5.可用日语作为工作语言加分。
