This is a senior animation designer role for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include designing realistic character combat animations, optimizing animation assets, rigging characters and props, tracking external vendor progress, and providing feedback. The ideal candidate will have strong combat animation skills, a deep understanding of action game impact and 3C (Cut, Camera, Character), and proficiency in Maya (preferred) or 3ds Max for animation creation. Experience with Unreal Engine, animation blueprints, and a passion for learning new Unreal Engine features are essential.
