Job Description

This is a senior animation designer role for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include designing realistic character combat animations, optimizing animation assets, rigging characters and props, tracking external vendor progress, and providing feedback. The ideal candidate will have strong combat animation skills, a deep understanding of action game impact and 3C (Cut, Camera, Character), and proficiency in Maya (preferred) or 3ds Max for animation creation. Experience with Unreal Engine, animation blueprints, and a passion for learning new Unreal Engine features are essential. The role also involves creating and implementing workflow documentation to improve team efficiency.

Must have:

Create realistic combat animations
Proficient in Maya/3ds Max
Unreal Engine & animation blueprints experience
Develop and implement workflow documentation

Responsibilities:

1.负责游戏内写实角色战斗动画设计和动作资产调优制作；
2.负责部分角色和道具的动画绑定；
3.负责跟进外部供应商进度以及制作反馈。

Requirements:

1.擅长制作战斗动画，对动作游戏打击感及 3C 有自身独到的见解；
2.熟练使用 Maya，3ds Max制作动画，(Maya 优先) ；
3.有虚幻引擎使用经验，对动画蓝图有一定了解，热衷学习虚幻引擎新特性；
4.善于制定流程文档并将流程推广到团队中，帮助团队提升工作效率。
