Job Responsibilities 1. Provide User Growth support for mobile, PC, and console game titles by formulating User Acquisition strategies, planning pitches, negotiating partnerships, coordinating campaign activities, and resolving potential issues;
2. Analyze global and regional market trends, competitors' user acquisition approaches, and import media channels and ads technical solutions to enhance User Acquisition capabilities;
3. Adopt a data-driven mindset to leverage the latest measurement and tracking methods for monitoring media performance and conduct regular reviews to enhance the efficiency of Advertising campaigns;
4. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Branding, Development, Operations, and Data Intelligence, to support the publishing business, particularly for PC and console games;

岗位要求

1. Over 8 years of experience in global User Acquisition and Marketing strategy for multiple game titles across mobile, PC, and console platforms;
2. A strong understanding of gaming industry User Acquisition strategies and marketing, particularly in European and American markets;
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to develop innovative advertising solutions;
4. Excellent English communication skills.
