POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager in Indonesia will be responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, analyzing statistical marketing research data. Is also accountable to work closely with creative production agencies and market research firms for marketing campaigns and development of marketing plans. This role will provide opportunities to explore different areas of marketing (Integrated Campaigns, Events, Awareness/Brand Building/Thought leadership, Social Media Activations, managing creative agencies, CRMs, campaign management, email campaign). The Marketing Manager will be working with the PR & Communications Team Lead on participation in marketing events, industry forums and conferences in the region, and the business development team on sales activities. You will work with the Events team to professionalize and deliver high quality events along with embrace digital tools and improve our processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement the regional marketing plan in Indonesia Region.
Work closely with senior leaders to deliver their strategic objectives, and profiling activities
Deliver impactful and innovative campaigns across the region with a strong focus on digital content to resonate with our clients
Create Brand awareness to the white space accounts
Deliver and showcase quality thought leadership thinking to clients, publications, and collateral on business topics most relevant to them and support the brand positioning
Contribute to brand building in the security space
Develop an integrated approach to Marketing Initiatives/Results Driven
Provide required domain prospects to sales leadership and continuous marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence, and actionable reporting
Develop in-depth customer and market knowledge. Communicate market needs and opportunities.
Develop short and long-term strategies and plans for demand generation, on-going market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting, and customer and sales history analysis.
Execute marketing strategies, programs, various strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unit.
Lead cross functional teams, as needed, to deliver project results.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding the proposition for the audience first, what were the differentiators, and building the content
Creative side – briefing agency for design.
Account based marketing – gain more traction with accounts.
Provide competitive intelligence to the field sales teams
Stay current on market standards, trends and practices and understand impact on Cyber security product line and business
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5+ years of relevant Marketing experience and preferably few years in Cyber Security or Technology Industry
Experience in drafting content and managing an event calendar.
Exposure to both End Customer Environments and Marketing agencies
Experience with mid-market / smb, white space accounts
Must have growth-oriented mindset and experience of working in a collaborative environment
Ability to understand the technology and translate it into business needs
Ability to network, create and build strong relationships
Excel in presenting business value proposition, solutions, and able to explain the benefits of complex technology in easy-to-understand business language
Track Record of marketing excellence and MQL and SQL quota over achievement
Proven record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to listen carefully and create a consultative environment
