We are developing mobile-focused Hybrid-casual and casual projects and we love Puzzle games. We are working with a hybrid work model in Istanbul - Kozyatağı. We are trying to make fun games, talking about games and playing games... We would be delighted to see you among us in our new projects! The responsibilities include designing game mechanics, economics, and progression systems; creating GDD (Game Design Document) and detailed design documentation; familiarity with Unity and similar game engines; and experience in game economy, level design, and meta design. The role also involves improving game design by extracting insights from game tests and user data, working iteratively and result-oriented, analyzing data and improving designs with in-game measurements, and being open to teamwork and feedback. Expected responsibilities include documenting game mechanics and system designs in detail, having experience in level design and designing levels when needed, developing solutions that optimize user experience and in-game progress, knowing about IaP (In-App Purchase) systems, improving game content with A/B tests and player data, working in harmony with other team members, playing an active role in publisher relations, and evaluating the feasibility of designs with the technical team.
