Job Description
Our client, a large gaming company (1000+ people) developing popular games worldwide, is seeking a creative producer. Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to join one of the current projects or lead a new one. This role involves managing mobile game projects, developing ideas, coordinating all work, interacting with internal and external teams, planning tasks, and analyzing project metrics.
Must have:
- Managing mobile game projects
- Developing project ideas
- Coordinating all project work
- Interacting with internal and external contractors
- Planning, task setting, and monitoring plan execution
- Analyzing project metrics and preparing reports
- Higher education
- Experience in the gaming industry
- 3-5 years of development experience with successful project launches
- Analytical approach and understanding of game mechanics
- Extensive gaming experience (PC, consoles, mobile)
- Proactivity, responsibility, and self-control
- Good knowledge of the online gaming market
- Knowledge of game project metrics
- Understanding of game monetization models

Qualifications

- Extensive gaming experience (PC, consoles, mobile games);
- Proactivity, responsibility, and self-control;
- Good knowledge of the online gaming market and its specifics;
- Knowledge of game project metrics;
- Understanding of game monetization, knowledge of various monetization models and techniques.
Additional Information
Working conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Official salary (130,000 - 200,000 RUB);
